Gwangmyeong 10R District (Redevelopment) in Gyeonggi-do 'Hoban Summit Grand Avenue' for Sale This Month

Hoban Construction plans to launch sales this month for ‘Hoban Summit Grand Avenue,’ introduced through the Gwangmyeong 10R District Housing Redevelopment Project in Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do.


Hoban Summit Grand Avenue consists of 11 apartment buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 1,051 households. Among these, 493 units with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡, excluding the union member quota, will be supplied for general sale. Hoban Summit Grand Avenue is located near Gwangmyeongsageori Station on Subway Line 7. It also offers excellent transportation connectivity with proximity to Nambu Sunhwan Road, Seobu Ganseon Road, Gangnam Sunhwan Road, the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, and KTX Gwangmyeong Station, enabling convenient nationwide access.


The educational environment is also excellent. A Hoban Construction sales official stated, "Hoban Summit Grand Avenue is not only a school district complex where elementary, middle, and high schools are all within walking distance, but also has high future value as the residential environment is expected to improve significantly with the development of Gwangmyeong New Town." He added, "As this is the first supply in a long time in Gwangmyeong New Town, we expect strong interest from actual buyers."


Meanwhile, Hoban Summit Grand Avenue plans to operate a promotional center, with move-in scheduled for October 2024.
