The two organizations promised ▲human and material support for technology development and talent cultivation ▲mutual cooperation for nurturing and securing semiconductor industry talent ▲discovering tasks and promoting projects for the development and revitalization of the semiconductor industry ▲developing and conducting joint research projects for the win-win development of regional industries.
Kim Ki-hong, Director of Industry-Academia Cooperation at Daegu Catholic University, said, “Our university is continuing various efforts to cultivate semiconductor talent, such as establishing a semiconductor university and creating an industry-academia convergence campus,” and added, “We expect that active exchanges following this agreement will greatly contribute to the development of the semiconductor industry in our region.”
