‘Hwaseong Joam Suite M’ opened its model house on September 30 and is currently open to the public with great success.


Hwaseong Joam Suite M is being built in the Ujeong-eup area of Hwaseong City, consisting of 4 buildings with 2 basement floors and up to 17 floors above ground, totaling 224 households. It is characterized by a preference for small-sized units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 79㎡. The number of units by type is △59㎡ Type A with 145 units, △59㎡ Type B with 37 units, △79㎡ Type A with 9 units, and △79㎡ Type B with 33 units. Daehan Land Trust, 100% funded by the Military Mutual Aid Association, is in charge of the project, attracting buyers with its high reliability based on stable finances.


Hwaseong Joam Suite M also operates an online E-model house on its website for buyers who find it difficult to visit the physical model house. Here, visitors can check VR videos of the exclusive 59㎡ Type A, floor plans, finishing material lists, subscription conditions, and more.


The sales schedule begins with special supply on October 11, followed by first priority for the relevant area on the 12th, first priority for other areas on the 13th, and second priority on the 14th. The winners will be announced on the 20th, and the official contracts will be signed over three days from October 31 to November 2.


The most notable aspect for buyers is the reasonable sale price of this complex. The 59㎡ units are priced between a minimum of 268 million KRW and a maximum of 290 million KRW, while the 79㎡ units range from 351 million KRW to 378 million KRW.


Additionally, Daehan Land Trust has reduced the burden on buyers. The first deposit is set at a fixed amount of 10 million KRW to ease the initial financial burden, and a 0% interest benefit is provided on 50% of the interim payments. Industry experts note that offering interest-free benefits on a significant portion of the interim payments, which make up a large part of the sale price, effectively lowers the overall cost. This shows a thoughtful consideration from the supplier’s side to reduce customers’ burdens even if it means sacrificing some business profits.


Moreover, Daehan Land Trust allows buyers to select movable walls free of charge. Compared to other complexes where costs must be paid to remove walls under the name of floor plan options, this is a standout benefit. Prospective residents can choose to remove the wall between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 without additional costs, creating a larger space or maintaining independent rooms according to their lifestyle.


Hwaseong Joam Suite M features a variety of community and landscaping facilities. It is expected to be developed as a park-like complex with community facilities such as a residents’ exercise facility, children’s playground, fitness center, Moms Station, senior citizens’ center, as well as a lawn yard and resting shelters.


The location of Hwaseong Joam Suite M is also excellent.
