[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] PKF Seohyun Accounting Corporation announced on the 28th that it has recruited Vice Chairman Kim Yong-woon and Senior Partner Oh Chang-geol.
Vice Chairman Kim led accounting audits and advisory services for major domestic financial groups and mid-sized groups while serving as head of the Financial Audit Division at Samil Accounting Corporation. He also supported specialized knowledge services for Korean companies entering Japan during a two-and-a-half-year secondment to PwC Japan. Vice Chairman Kim is the author of books such as Practical Work for Venture Companies (2002) and We Are Going to the Tokyo Stock Exchange (2006).

M&A consulting expert Senior Partner Oh Chang-geol worked at Samil Accounting Corporation for 30 years. In particular, he has carried out mergers and acquisitions (M&A) work in various fields centered on corporate finance, including cosmetics, food and pharmaceuticals, online business, leisure, and travel. Recently, he successfully completed sale and purchase transactions with a French company and the sale of a global cosmetics online company.
