[Asia Economy (Namyangju) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Kyungbok University will consecutively participate in three '2023 Academic Year Early Admission Information Fairs' held from the 16th of this month to the 2nd of next month.
Kyungbok University will first participate in the metropolitan area admission information fair held for two days from the 16th to the 17th of this month at Yeonseong University Yeongok Culture Center, organized by the Korea Council for College Education. A total of 50 universities, including Kyungbok University, will participate in this fair.
Additionally, on the 24th of this month, Kyungbok University will attend a regional early admission fair held at Incheon Jaeneung University with 25 universities participating. Following that, from the 30th of this month to the 2nd of next month, Kyungbok University will also participate in the Seoul National Specialized College Early Admission Information Fair held at Yangjae aT Center. A total of 89 schools, including Kyungbok University, have expressed their intention to participate in this fair.
At these fairs, Kyungbok University will provide one-on-one customized consultations for visiting examinees and parents based on last year's admission results, covering admission counseling, acceptance requirements, career counseling, scholarships, and welfare benefits necessary for early admission support.
In particular, the university will provide information about newly established departments such as the Department of Video Media Contents, Department of Big Data, Department of Safety and Health, and Department of Companion Animal Health, aimed at nurturing talent to lead the 4th Industrial Revolution era.
Earlier, Kyungbok University began its first round of early admission recruitment for the 2023 academic year from the 13th of this month to the 6th of next month, selecting a total of 1,887 students across 26 departments.
