'Jangseong Baulluce,' the first large-scale apartment complex in Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, will be available for sale in September.
Located at 1453-7 Yeongcheon-ri, Jangseong-eup, Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, the complex consists of two buildings with 1 basement floor and 15 above-ground floors, totaling 70 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 116㎡. The units are composed of △ 14 units of 84㎡A △ 14 units of 84㎡B △ 28 units of 116㎡C △ 14 units of 116㎡D.
Right in front of the complex are KTX Jangseong Station (Honam Line) and Jangseong Public Bus Terminal, providing easy access to various parts of the country including Gwangju, Daejeon, and Seoul. Jangseong IC, the planned Jangseong-eup Hi-Pass IC, and the planned Cheongun Underpass are also nearby. The Hwangryong River, known as 'Kkotgang (Flower River),' is adjacent as well.
