DB Insurance decided to prioritize towing of flooded vehicles and rent the 'Seoul Grand Park Parking Lot' to operate it as a temporary compensation service center to enable safe relocation and management.
The company emphasized that it plans to provide one-stop compensation processing for visiting customers so that insured customers who suffered damage can recover quickly.
A DB Insurance official said, “We ask customers who have suffered damage to bring their vehicle registration certificate, car keys, and identification card when visiting to ensure prompt compensation processing,” adding, “We hope to offer some help to those distressed by the unexpected heavy rain and that the damage will be restored quickly so that everyone can return to their daily lives as soon as possible.”
