Creating a Digital Work Environment from Saltjip Headquarters and Logistics Facilities to Nationwide Stores
Madras Check Co., the developer of the collaboration tool ‘Flow,’ announced that it has signed a contract to supply its cloud (SaaS) collaboration tool to the handmade processed meat brand ‘Sogeumjip’ (CEO Jang Daewon).
Since starting its business in 2016, Sogeumjip has not only been manufacturing and distributing handmade processed meats but also opened its own brand stores called ‘Sogeumjip Deli.’ It is currently maintaining steady growth momentum by consecutively opening branches in Anguk-dong, Apgujeong, and Yeonnam-dong.
Sogeumjip explained the background of the introduction, saying, “The number of projects that need to be managed carefully, including nationwide distribution and logistics networks, back office, and store management, has rapidly increased,” and “there was a need to improve the work communication process for swift decision-making and stable business promotion.”
With the introduction of the collaboration tool Flow, Sogeumjip can now pursue all-in-one collaboration including project management, task management, OKR goals, document sharing, secure chat, and video conferencing. Until now, it was mainly messenger-centered, but it will now help employees efficiently manage work goals in a project-centered, ‘goal-oriented’ collaboration.
A representative from Sogeumjip stated, “As the number of projects to manage increased along with business expansion, there was a need for swift task management and efficient collaboration process improvement.” He added, “Through the introduction of the collaboration tool Flow, we plan to create an efficient digital work communication environment from headquarters to logistics and stores, further enhancing our corporate competitiveness.”
Lee Hakjun, CEO of Madras Check, said, “In the food and franchise sectors, including Sogeumjip, swift decision-making and efficient work processes are very important.” He added, “We will do our best to stabilize the service quality on all devices so that not only headquarters employees but also field workers at Sogeumjip can experience flexible digital work without restrictions of time and space.”
Meanwhile, Madras Check has recently been signing contracts to supply the collaboration tool Flow to large food and franchise companies such as Ediya Coffee, Jaws Food, Jung Food, Gents Bakery, and Yam Table. As of July 2022, more than 4,300 companies in Korea are using Flow to build digital collaboration environments and innovate organizational culture.
