[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] The Brasserie buffet restaurant on the 1st floor of InterContinental Seoul COEX announced on the 4th that it will hold the 'Cool Summer Festa' from the 6th to August 31. The event features the American-style seafood dish 'Seafood Boil' as the signature menu, and guests can also choose a beverage promotion offering unlimited servings of five sommelier-recommended wines and draft beer.
The 'Seafood Boil' is prepared as the signature dish, with chefs at the live station cutting the desired items into bite-sized pieces for serving. The Seafood Boil consists of steamed seafood such as octopus, lobster, snow crab, cuttlefish, shrimp, conch, scallops, and small octopus, enhanced with the chef's secret seasoning to add an exotic umami flavor. During the promotion period, guests can also enjoy a variety of seafood dishes from around the world, including Korean seafood pancakes, scallop buldojang, eel temaki, and rose seafood gnocchi, representing Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Western cuisines.
Guests can opt for unlimited servings of five sommelier-recommended wines and draft beer. The wines offered include two types of red wine, two types of white wine, and one sparkling wine, allowing for a diverse tasting experience according to preference. During the promotion period, customers who purchase wine worth over 100,000 KRW at the entrance wine selection corner will receive a jute bag made by the hotel as a gift.
The prices remain the same as before, and a 10% discount is also offered when booking through Naver. The unlimited beverage option is available for an additional 25,000 KRW.
