[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) announced that it will operate the 'Korea University Future Career Exploration Online Talent Education' for middle school students in the area from July to August.
This education program is designed to enhance students' career exploration capabilities by experiencing various promising future career fields. It is operated in collaboration between Eunpyeong-gu and Korea University Gifted Education Center.
The education topics include ▲Space Travel and Mars Settlement ▲AR/VR and Metaverse ▲Big Data and Recommendation Apps ▲Environment and Plastics, totaling four themes.
The recruitment target is 50 middle school students from the Eunpyeong area, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through the Eunpyeong Baeum Moa website and mobile app until the 30th.
Classes will be conducted online in a non-face-to-face format once or twice a week from July 4 to August 12. The education is free of charge, and a learning guidance counselor will be assigned to each student.
