He performed a small act wearing a rabbit hat and perking up his ears to signify "I will listen well." He also conducted a youth policy agreement.

We hope you continue to create communication opportunities like this so that young people can be the center of politics and society, not just bystanders."
Candidate Kang said, "I feel sorry as a politician when I see young people. We are preparing policies for young people who live with various problems such as employment, housing, and leisure," adding, "I will be a solid stepping stone so that young people can step on me and rise. I will realize the wishes of young people to create a Gwangju that everyone enjoys and full of opportunities."
Along with this, he promised young people ▲the establishment of a 500 billion won startup innovation fund ▲the creation of community housing that allows various lifestyles ▲leisure sports facilities and extreme experience centers ▲exploring measures according to the plan to transfer educational authority from the Yoon Seok-yeol government to local governments.
