A Magnitude 7.3 Earthquake Occurs Southwest of Dunedin, New Zealand

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] The Korea Meteorological Administration reported, citing foreign observation agencies, that a magnitude 7.3 earthquake occurred at 7:13:31 PM (Korean time) on the 19th in the sea area 1206 km southwest of Dunedin, New Zealand.


The epicenter is located at 53.80 degrees south latitude and 158.90 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 29 km.
