Bus Route from Daejeon Complex Terminal to Incheon Airport to Resume Operation Starting Next Month

[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The bus route between Daejeon Complex Terminal and Incheon Airport, which was suspended due to the spread of COVID-19, will resume operation starting next month.

Daejeon City announced on the 18th that the Incheon Airport bus operating between Daejeon Complex Terminal and Incheon Airport will restart service from the 1st of next month.

The Incheon Airport bus will be jointly operated by two intercity bus companies in Daejeon, running a total of five times a day starting with the first bus departing from Daejeon Complex Terminal at 4 a.m. every day.

The resumption of service was decided in response to the lifting of social distancing measures last month and the increase in overseas travelers.

The timetable is as follows: departing from Daejeon Complex Terminal at 4:00 a.m., 6:20 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.; departing from Incheon Airport Terminal 2 at 8:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 3:20 p.m., 7:20 p.m., and 9:30 p.m.

However, bus operators may change the scheduled departure times, so passengers are advised to check the departure times in advance when using the Incheon Airport bus.

The frequency of the Incheon Airport bus service is expected to increase depending on passenger demand. Before the suspension due to COVID-19, the bus route operated 60 times a day.
