Renewal Opening on the 18th... 8-Day Discount Event on All Products and Free Shipping Until the 25th
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] Seoul Facilities Corporation announced on the 18th that it will reopen the Seoul underground shopping mall online platform ‘Ji:ha Mall’ after renovation.
The corporation, which manages 28 underground shopping malls in Seoul, has been providing support services for opening online malls as part of the revitalization project of underground shopping malls, enabling tenant merchants to develop online sales channels alongside their store operations. For merchants unfamiliar with online shopping malls, the corporation supports the entire process including product photography, detailed page creation, promotion, and advertising.
The renewed ‘Ji:ha Mall’ has increased the number of participating underground shopping malls and stores compared to last year. While 23 stores from 6 malls such as Dongdaemun and Terminal participated previously, this time it has expanded to 37 stores from 11 malls including Jonggak, Gangnam Station, and Jamsil Station, with a more diverse range of products.
The Ji:ha Mall shopping platform has revamped its main screen and improved the detailed design to a simple layout optimized for mobile environments, allowing customers to more easily check product information. New categories such as pet supplies have been added to fashion apparel, accessories, and bedding, and new products will continue to be added. By entering each category menu, customers can browse detailed sections arranged like fashion photo shoots, and by clicking on items in the photo shoots, they can immediately view product information and make purchases.
To commemorate the renewed opening, the corporation will hold various events until the 25th, including △ 50% discount on all products △ free shipping △ Smart Store wishlist discount coupons.
Acting Director Jeon Ki-seong said, “Operating Ji:ha Mall will be a great opportunity for merchants to directly experience the online market,” and added, “We will actively support making the unique products of underground shopping malls easily accessible online.”
