Moment Coffee, a Japanese-style cafe located near Hongdae Station. Although it’s on a main road, it feels hidden, so you need to focus to find it. The exterior is made of wood, which captures the hearts of women! I fell for it too. The interior is also warm with wood tones, but the lighting is a bit dim, which might be disappointing. Also, the tables are close together, which can be uncomfortable, but once you see the signature menu, you’ll endure it.
If you don’t order the Yakki Bread SET here, you’re guilty. The No-Soup SET includes 8 slices of bread, tomato jam, tangerine jam, butter, whipped cream, and a soft-boiled egg. The charm is that you can grill the bread yourself on a brazier to enjoy crispy toast! You can freely add your favorite toppings and enjoy it crispy and warm! Because of the strong heat, the bread can burn quickly, so you must read the instructions carefully. Since the store fills with smoke, to avoid people’s stares... BotBotBot is an emotional tech place where humans and robots coexist. A drip bot that makes coffee, a dessert bot that draws pictures, and a drink bot that makes cocktails take care of our menu! From the jaw-dropping exterior to the interior with vibrant colors, be careful not to drop your jaw. The building retains the look of a former factory, which contrasts with the futuristic building next to it. Inside, there is media art exhibitions, neon signs, and artificial flowers, creating a completely different atmosphere from the exterior. This place is basically an exhibition. You might expect robots to feel stiff and mechanical, but they show various emotions, making a big surprise.
The dessert bot will delight your eyes. Choose one of the various drawings, and the robot will draw it on your cake. Be sure to record a video when the robot is drawing. The charm lies in its neat yet slightly crooked lines. There are also robots that make coffee from various beans and cocktails, so it’s okay even if you don’t eat dessert.
