On the 24th, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it has introduced an integrated queue waiting system for the convenience of civil petitioners.


Previously, the ticket dispensers were operated only at some counters in the civil service office, but by integrating them into a single kiosk-type dispenser, the waiting time prediction for each counter and the inconvenience of waiting in line have been resolved.


When a civil petitioner touches the screen of the dispenser to receive a ticket number, the counter-specific monitor provides guidance with voice instructions, making it easy to find the counter location.


An official from the county said, "We expect that this introduction will enable civil petitions to be processed more easily and quickly," and added, "We will continue to do our best to provide more efficient civil service in the future."
