HCT Declares Cash and Stock Dividends of 70 Won Per Share

On the same day, the company stated that it has decided to dispose of treasury shares worth approximately 1,427,040,000 KRW to pay employee performance bonuses. The disposal of treasury shares will be completed by the 28th.
