Celltrion Announces Stock and Cash Dividends Decision

If confirmed after next year's general shareholders' meeting, a total dividend of 102.468 billion KRW will be paid. It also announced a stock dividend of 0.02 shares per common share. The total number of dividend shares is 2,732,479 shares, and the total number of issued shares is 137,947,128 shares. The dividend record date for all is the 31st of this month.
