Hyundai Genuine Acquires Additional 191.2 Billion KRW Worth of Hyundai Doosan Infracore Shares

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Hyundai Heavy Industries Holdings announced on the 7th that its subsidiary Hyundai Genuine will additionally acquire 31,965,885 shares of Hyundai Doosan Infracore, a construction and mining machinery manufacturing affiliate, for approximately 191.2 billion KRW.

After the stock acquisition, Hyundai Genuine's stake in Hyundai Doosan Infracore will be 29.5%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 16th.

Hyundai Heavy Industries Holdings stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "to additionally secure shares of Hyundai Doosan Infracore."
