[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] GS announced on the 3rd that its subsidiary GS Energy has decided to dispose of 31.36 million shares of its affiliate GS Power for approximately 1.0239 trillion KRW. The company explained that the disposal is to secure new investment funds. After the disposal, GS Energy's stake in GS Power will be 51%.
