Lotte Hotel Launches Christmas Cakes... "Pre-Orders Now Open"

Lotte Hotel sells Christmas cakes at Signiel Seoul and Busan, Lotte Hotel Seoul, World, Jeju, and Busan.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Lotte Hotel announced on the 28th that it will sell Christmas cakes at Signiel Seoul and Busan, Lotte Hotel Seoul, World, Jeju, and Busan.

At the Deli Shop Pastry Salon in Signiel Seoul, they present the Red Berry Cream Cheese Cake filled with red berry compote and Mont Blanc, which offers a rich chestnut flavor. At the Signiel Busan Pastry Salon, they released a Christmas Tree shaped with vanilla cheese mousse and pistachio dacquoise, and a B?che de No?l in the shape of a log made with tiramisu. They also prepared a Christmas Pine Tree expressing acorns using brownies and three types of mini cakes.

Various Christmas cakes can also be found at Lotte Hotel Seoul, World, Jeju, and Busan Delica Hans. They sell the Bear Chocolat House, a gingerbread house-shaped cake made with chocolate sponge and sabl? biscuits, and a mascarpone coffee cake inspired by Christmas tree decoration balls. They also offer the No?l Cake, which layers chocolate crumble to resemble a log.

The sales period is until the 25th of next month for Signiel Seoul, until January 2nd of next year for Signiel Busan, from the 17th to the 25th of next month for Lotte Hotel Seoul, World, and Jeju, and from the 13th to the 25th of next month for Lotte Hotel Busan. Pre-orders are underway at Signiel Seoul and Busan, and the types of Christmas cakes sold vary by chain.
