Conducting Work Exchange to Specialize in Anti-Corruption and Integrity Tasks

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Jung Yoon-mo, hereinafter Kibo) announced on the 27th that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Exchange to advance audit operations and promote anti-corruption integrity.
Through this agreement, both organizations promised cooperation in various areas, including ▲sharing information related to audit operations and anti-corruption integrity tasks ▲mutual support for vulnerable areas in internal control and benchmarking of excellent areas ▲sharing cases of internal audit findings and exemplary cases of integrity work.
Additionally, by establishing a system for organic exchange of audit know-how through personnel exchanges and information sharing, it is expected to create synergy in each organization's internal audit activities, thereby enhancing management transparency and fairness.
