Compared to the same time the previous day, it is 271 more than 363, and 198 more than 436 a week ago (the 19th). The total number of cases for the entire day was 427 on the 25th and 504 on the 19th.
The daily number of confirmed cases in Seoul reached a record high of 1,221 on the 24th of last month, then decreased to 298 on the 18th of this month, and maintained the 500s for five consecutive days from the 19th to the 23rd.
On the 24th and 25th, the number of new confirmed cases decreased to the 400s for two consecutive days due to a reduction in the number of tests over the past weekend. However, it is expected that the number of confirmed cases will increase again starting from the 26th, when the weekend effect ends.
As of 18:00 on the 26th, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in Seoul was counted at 116,478. The final total number of confirmed cases for the day will be compiled based on 0:00 on the following day, the 27th, and announced in the morning.
