According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 8,910 units (including officetels, mixed-use complexes, private rental, permanent rental, and newlywed hope towns, excluding public rental housing) will begin sales in 17 locations nationwide in the fourth week of October.
The 2nd pre-subscription for the 3rd New Towns will start on the 25th. The newlywed hope towns will accept applications until the 5th of next month.
Subscriptions will be held in six locations including Seongnam Nakseong (A1 Block) with 884 units, Seongnam Bokjeong 2 (A1 Block) with 632 units, Gunpo Daeyami (A2 Block) with 952 units, Uiwang Wolam (A1 and A3 Blocks) with 825 units, Suwon Dangsu (A5 Block) with 459 units, and Bucheon Wonjong (B2 Block) with 374 units. Public sales will be conducted from the 1st to the 8th of next month for general supply.
In Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, subscription for "Opo Xi Objet" will be held. Near the Gosan district where the complex is located, the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway, which will connect Seoul, is planned to pass through. In Jinju, Gyeongnam Province, subscription for the KTX Jinju Station area complex "Shin Jinju Station Area Desiang" will begin.
Model houses will open in 11 locations including "Singil AK Prugio," and winner announcements will be made in 11 locations including "Hakgok District Moa Elga Grande." Contracts will be conducted in 12 locations including "e-Pyeonhansesang Gangil Urban Bridge" starting on the 25th.
