The 'Aeromart Nagoya' event this time saw participation from over 270 companies from 17 countries. From Gyeongnam, 10 companies including Nagwoo Industry, Sewoo Aviation, CNRI, Jinyoung TBX, KAM, KP Aviation, Kenkoa Aerospace, Hize Aviation, Korea Nonferrous, and Korea Aviation Service participated and held consultations with overseas buyers such as Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Japan Airlines.
Gyeongnam TP, with the support of the local KOTRA Nagoya Trade Center, facilitated real-time online video meetings between overseas customers visiting the booth and local companies.
The Gyeongsangnam-do Tokyo Office also supported more consultation opportunities between local aviation companies and domestic companies through meetings with the Aichi Prefecture Department of Industry.
Park Jin-young, manager of KAM who participated as a marketing practitioner this time, said, "Although it was conducted online, we were able to have very effective consultations by connecting video meetings with customers who visited the Gyeongnam booth."
Director Noh Choong-sik stated, "Despite the difficulties in local marketing activities in Japan due to COVID-19, we were able to achieve our intended goals through cooperation with related organizations," adding, "We will continue to actively support local aviation companies in securing overseas aviation parts orders."
