[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Seo Dae-seok) held the "1st Innovation Avengers Launch Ceremony" on the 28th to "improve organizational culture and discover efficient ways of working."
According to Seo-gu on the day, the newly launched Seo-gu Public Officials Innovation Avengers is the second in the nation after Gyeongsangbuk-do among local governments, composed mainly of young mid-level public officials who are the future leaders of the public service society.
The "Innovation Avengers" ultimately aim to contribute to improving the quality of life of citizens by enhancing organizational capabilities through district administration innovation.
Seo-gu plans various activities for researching innovation tasks, including ▲ organizational innovation brunch meetings with the mayor ▲ innovation workshops ▲ benchmarking innovation cases from other institutions.
Furthermore, the district administration innovation plans and achievements discovered through these activities will be finalized through report meetings and reviews by related departments, and will be produced in the form of card news and infographics in the second half of next year to be shared and disseminated internally and externally.
Following the Innovation Avengers launch ceremony, Seo-gu also conducted innovation capacity-building training on the theme of public officials' organizational culture innovation in the "post-COVID-19 era."
