Mom's Touch "Former Internal Director Sued for Breach of Trust"

[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Momstouch announced on the 14th that it has filed a complaint against Lee Mo, former inside director of Momstouch & Company, on charges of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (breach of trust) and other allegations. The amount involved in the breach of trust charge is 600 million KRW.

The company stated, "We will take all necessary measures according to legal procedures regarding all matters following the submission of the complaint and will actively cooperate with the investigations of the relevant authorities."
