[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Renault Samsung Motors announced on the 5th that it will conduct a joint promotion with E1, a specialized liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) company, to boost sales of the QM6 LPe personal taxi until October 31.
This promotion was planned to inform personal taxi customers about the advantages of the QM6, the only eco-friendly LPG SUV (sports utility vehicle) in Korea. It is a joint promotion in partnership with E1, targeting 28 gas stations nationwide.
Orange Members will receive 2,100 Orange Points upon purchase consultation (limited to the first 2,100 customers), and customers who complete a contract for the QM6 LPe vehicle after consultation will receive 210,000 Orange Points (limited to the first 21 customers). Event applications can be submitted through the E1 Orange Card website or the dedicated app event page.
The Renault Samsung Motors QM6 LPe is the only LPG SUV in Korea, gaining great popularity for its comfortable and practical space utilization and excellent economy. Thanks to this popularity, it has achieved a cumulative delivery of 60,000 LPG vehicles in just over two years since its launch.
The QM6 LPe applies the 3rd generation LPLi (Liquified Petroleum Liquid Injection) engine and is characterized by excellent body balance and precise handling performance, offering superior driving stability during high-speed lane changes.
The company emphasized that it is the only LPG SUV in Korea that combines economic efficiency and eco-friendliness with patented safety and driving stability, power and convenience equivalent to gasoline vehicles, and a highly refined design.
