LH Holds 2nd Public Housing Interior Photo and Video Contest

Anyone Can Participate in LH Construction Rental Housing Resident Contest
Judging Decided by Experts and Public Online Voting
Submissions Accepted Until the 31st, Winners Announced at the End of October

[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 4th that it will hold a "Public Housing Interior Photo and Video Contest" for residents of LH rental housing.

Following the first contest held last year, this second contest aims to share ideas on space utilization within households decorated according to individual lifestyles and to reflect outstanding cases in housing design development.

The theme of this contest is "Our Untact Housewarming - A Lifestyle Layered on Me." Any resident living in long-term rental housing constructed by LH (including permanent rental, national rental, happy housing, and 50-year public rental), regardless of whether they are the contract holder, can participate. Only one participant per household is allowed.

Entries are divided into single-person households and multi-person households. Participants should submit photos or videos capturing the interior and space utilization ideas of their household. The submission limit is six photos or videos up to three minutes in length. The submission period is until August 31.

Judging will be conducted through expert evaluation and public online voting, selecting a total of 13 works. The judging panel consists of five external experts, including professors in interior design and interior designers, who will evaluate based on △aesthetics △usability △popularity △creativity. Online voting will be announced later on the LH website, and the voting results will account for 20% of the final score.

For awarded works, on-site inspections will be conducted to verify residency. Entries will be disqualified if they violate rental contract standards by removing or altering housing structures, facilities, or installed furniture, or if excessive image editing or compositing is detected.

The results will be individually notified to winners at 4 p.m. on October 28 and will also be published on the LH website or the submission page.
