Goseong-gun, Recruiting Preliminary Tenants for 'Public Silver Housing Dasibom' for a Joyful Retirement

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 3rd that it will accept applications for prospective residents at the Dasibom Resident Support Center on the first floor of the public silver housing from the 13th to the 18th.

The silver housing located at 47-3 Songhak-ro, Goseong-eup, is a customized residential space for the elderly that combines welfare and housing. It is a 13-story building above ground with a total area of 6,978㎡, completed last year, and occupancy began in January this year.

Currently, all 40 units of 36.66㎡ (Type 37) have been occupied, and among the 58 units of 20.63㎡ (Type 21), 53 units are occupied, so prospective residents are being recruited.

Since 40% of the total units must be recruited as prospective residents, 24 people will be recruited for Type 21.

Eligibility requirements include residing in the jurisdiction before the announcement date of August 2, 2021, being a household member aged 65 or older without a home, meeting income and asset ownership criteria, and other legal requirements. Applicants must not fall under restrictions such as illegal transfer or sublease.

Once applications for prospective residents are received, eligibility will be reviewed and the order of residence will be determined.
