[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Nexon’s development subsidiary Neople announced on the 2nd that it has appointed Director Yoon Myung-jin as the new General Director.
The company explained that this move is aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of the online action game "Dungeon & Fighter."
With this appointment, General Director Yoon, who was overseeing Neople Action Studio developing the new titles based on the Dungeon & Fighter intellectual property (IP), including "Dungeon & Fighter Mobile" and "Project BBQ," will now be responsible for the development of the PC version of Dungeon & Fighter as well as its domestic and international live services.
General Director Yoon was known as "Dunpa Man" while serving as the Dungeon & Fighter development director from 2014 to 2017. During his tenure as director, he led the game’s success, achieving a "200% increase in new member sign-ups" and "the highest PC bang market share of over 7% during the service period." After stepping down as director, he has been overseeing the Action Studio developing Neople’s next projects.
