[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Ssangyong Motor announced on the 2nd that it will implement the 'Super Cool Summer Festival,' offering various purchase benefits by vehicle model in August, the vacation season.
By purchasing a vehicle through the Super Cool Summer Festival, customers can receive various customized purchase benefits by model, including super summer gifts and vacation expense support, interest-free installments, ultra-low interest installments, loyalty programs, and old vehicle support.
For Sale Festa eligible models (Tivoli & Air, Korando), up to 1,200 units are available on a first-come, first-served basis at a maximum discount of 2 million KRW (lump sum payment), and if purchased via installment, a 60-month interest-free plan with a 20% down payment is also available. If the initial purchase cost is burdensome, customers can purchase with a 0.9% ultra-low interest 60-month installment plan with no down payment.
Customers who take delivery in August can receive a super summer gift worth approximately 1.4 million KRW, consisting of premium tinting + black box + air conditioner moisture dryer, or a 500,000 KRW discount benefit. Customized purchase benefits by model are also provided for models not eligible for Sale Festa.
Customers who purchase Korando and Tivoli & Air with a lump sum payment will receive 500,000 KRW in vacation expenses, and those who purchase with the Double-Up Special Installment Plan (3.9%, up to 72 months) will receive 1 million KRW in vacation expenses. Customers purchasing the All New Rexton and The New Rexton Sports & Khan with the special installment plan will also receive 500,000 KRW in vacation expenses.
With ultra-low interest installments without a down payment, customers can choose installment plans of 0.9% (36 months) for Korando and Tivoli & Air, 1.9% (36 months) for All New Rexton, and 2.9% (up to 60 months) for The New Rexton Sports & Khan. If a 20% down payment is made, the installment period can be extended up to 60 months.
Additionally, an ongoing event offers customers who purchase the Tivoli R-Plus (Black & White) special model a free floating mood speaker worth 300,000 KRW.
Furthermore, customers can receive loyalty program benefits that provide up to an additional 300,000 KRW discount depending on the number of repurchases by vehicle model (Ssangyong models).
An old vehicle replacement support program is also in operation. Customers owning vehicles older than 7 years who purchase the All New Rexton will receive 300,000 KRW, those purchasing Korando or Tivoli & Air will receive 200,000 KRW, and customers owning vehicles subject to early scrapping or vehicles older than 15 years who purchase Sports & Khan will receive 200,000 KRW in support.
