[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Suncheon City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Heo Seok) announced on the 1st that it is recruiting students for the "Station Area Urban Regeneration University 2nd Term" for residents and daily life area residents of the stage 3 urban regeneration New Deal project station area.
The "Station Area Urban Regeneration University" aims to strengthen residents' capabilities and discover local projects through understanding the urban regeneration New Deal project and exploring village contents based on the local community.
The education will be conducted in a total of 5 sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from the 13th to the 27th, and anyone residing or living in the stage 3 urban regeneration station area project district can participate.
The curriculum will include urban regeneration theory and current status, discovering and planning ideas for local improvement using local resources, writing proposals and budget education for resident proposal contest projects, and consulting on business plans.
Residents who wish to participate should submit the application form and other documents by visiting the Station Area Field Support Center (16, Yeokjeon 2-gil, Suncheon-si, 2nd floor) or by email by 6 p.m. on the 9th.
