On the 23rd, Kim wrote on her Facebook, "In fact, I also have an X-file on Lee Jae-myung and his family," adding, "However, it is extremely private, so I have decided to remain silent. I also have a promise with a certain journalist."
She warned, "I caution Lee Jae-myung. Compete with policies, not foul play," and sharply stated, "The era of the old and outdated Jeong Dong-young sponsorship chairman is over."
She continued to criticize, "Do you think the youth of this era would believe such hearsay? Which planet did you come from?"
Earlier, on the 22nd, Governor Lee attended a forum at the National Assembly and spoke about the recently controversial 'Yoon Seok-yeol X-file' in politics, saying, "I have also seen a summarized or similar version," and warned, "From the perspective of someone who entered the political world a bit earlier and has had many similar experiences, I advise that no suspicion or doubt can be avoided."
He added, "The longer time drags on, the more suspicions and interest intensify, and even if it is different from the facts, more than half believe, 'Ah, it might be true.' Therefore, politicians must answer all suspicions and questions as if they are naked," and said, "Answer, explain, persuade, and if that still doesn't work, then the next step is for you to judge."
In response, Ha Tae-kyung, a member of the People Power Party, said on BBS Radio on the 23rd, "(Regarding the Yoon Seok-yeol X-file) the case is different from Governor Lee's," and drew a line, saying, "Governor Lee also had private matters disclosed, but that was because his family recorded and released arguments with family members, so it is Lee's responsibility."
He continued, "Currently, it is not Yoon Seok-yeol's family who is exposing this," and fiercely stated, "Should private matters that happened before marrying former Prosecutor General Yoon be disclosed? Protecting that is democracy, and exposing and criticizing is dictatorship."
