Therefore, it is important to consider factors such as foot traffic in front of the commercial property and the building’s visibility. They also caution that if the ratio of commercial facilities in the area is excessively high, competitiveness may decrease.
Real estate experts say, “Since the value of commercial properties increases in areas with high foot traffic, it is advisable to consider locations centered around subway stations with abundant pedestrian flow.” They also mention, “Commercial properties located mainly in commercial or semi-residential zones are also worth considering for investment.”
