Listening to Customer Suggestions on Online-Only Products and MTS
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] KB Securities is conducting an event to actively gather customer opinions through an online survey.
KB Securities announced on the 17th that it will select customer panels called 'KB Star Messenger' through an online survey until the 18th, actively collecting customer feedback.
The 7th term 'KB Star Messenger' customer panel will consist of a total of 40 customers selected from those who actively expressed their opinions through a preliminary online survey and indicated their willingness to participate as customer panels. The online survey targets customers who have recently signed up for financial products or traded stocks through KB Securities' online channels.
The selected customer panels will remotely propose improvement suggestions or requests regarding online-exclusive financial products such as funds and Equity-Linked Securities (ELS), as well as the use of the Mobile Trading System (MTS) 'Marvel'.
Park Jung-rim, CEO of KB Securities, stated, "As COVID-19 continues, non-face-to-face transactions are rapidly increasing, so we will reflect consumer opinions on online-exclusive financial products and MTS to improve inconveniences."
