‘La Porte Blanc Yeouido’, Residential Accommodation Facility Launches Sales in Yeouido in June

The residential lodging facility ‘La Porte Blanc Yeouido’ announced that it will launch sales in June in the heart of Yeouido, the financial district number one.

‘La Porte Blanc Yeouido’ is the first residential lodging facility to be established in the Yeouido area, consisting of a total of 161 rooms in room and hotel formats. As it is located in Yeouido, the center of politics and economy, it attracts attention for its diverse and unique spaces such as meeting rooms tailored for business users and a rooftop garden where visitors can enjoy the night view of Yeouido.

Yeouido is home to about 8,000 companies and 300,000 workers. With such a massive underlying demand, it is highly valued for investment as it can attract tenants or room users based on this demand.

Within a 3-minute walk is the National Assembly Station on Subway Line 9, making it a prime location near the station. It is also a transportation hub with Olympic-daero, Mapo Bridge, Seogang Bridge, Wonhyo Bridge, National Assembly-daero, and Yeouido-daero. It offers convenient access to various parts of Seoul, including the Gangnam area.

Additionally, through the Yeouido development master plan, intensive development is expected to transform it into an international financial center. The double-track Sinansan Line is scheduled for 2024, the GTX-B Line will open in 2027, and the Western Light Rail is planned for 2028, all of which promise development driven by major projects.

The trendy design of the ‘La Porte Blanc’ brand also stands out, offering a modern sense of luxury with a clean and comfortable space that promises premium value. Nearby, Yeouido Park provides the value of a green forest zone and an optimal environment, and the nearby Han River allows residents to enjoy privileges of a leisurely life through exercise and leisure activities.

‘La Porte Blanc Yeouido’ will be professionally managed by Trinity, which operates The Week & Resort, and Homes Company, the number one shared housing company.

Contracts will be signed between the buyers and the management company, based on a prior management company selection contract signed with the developer. The contract will cover the scope of work and settlement methods. Additionally, reservations, hotel lobby use, check-in/check-out will be conducted through a contactless system, and payments and contract management can be conveniently handled via an app.

Furthermore, as a residential lodging facility, it is exempt from real estate regulatory policies, reducing burdens. It is not included in the housing count, allows unlimited resale, and is exempt from mortgage loan regulations and comprehensive real estate taxes. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply without a subscription savings account.

Meanwhile, ‘La Porte Blanc Yeouido’ plans to begin full-scale sales in June. For detailed information regarding sales, inquiries can be made through the website or the main phone number.
