[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] The Jangheung County Council in Jeonnam announced on the 15th that Chairman Yoo Sang-ho participated in the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay' challenge on the 14th.
This challenge, initiated in December last year under the supervision of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, aims to prevent traffic accidents in school zones and to foster a traffic culture that prioritizes the protection of children.
Participants join by posting photos on SNS featuring the concise traffic safety slogan: "1 (Il) Stop, 2 (I) Both Sides, 3 (Sam) Seconds, 4 (Sa) Accident Prevention."
Chairman Yoo Sang-ho, who was nominated by Chief Im Tae-o of the Jangheung Police Station to join the relay challenge, said, "Safe driving is the minimum effort to protect the lives and property of oneself and neighbors," and added, "I will take the lead to ensure that a traffic culture where precious children can travel safely is established as soon as possible."
