[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] EN Corporation announced on the 21st that it has completed the business acquisition of Inbiotech Co., Ltd.'s Dangjin plant, which holds comprehensive permits for the recycling and intermediate disposal of liquid waste as well as entrusted wastewater treatment.
Last month, EN Corporation acquired Hanseong Cleantec, an EPC company specializing in pure and ultrapure water treatment facilities, and on the 20th, it completed an additional acquisition of Inbiotech's Dangjin plant. This secured the foundation to build the nation's top-level industrial water treatment platform. The results will be reflected in the 2021 performance.
EN Corporation aims to become the number one company in the industrial water treatment market this year, equipped with the highest level of water treatment technology and the largest liquid waste treatment infrastructure in Korea. It has made proactive investments in environmental facility installation and water treatment fields essential to advanced industries such as semiconductors, bio, display, and petrochemicals. Through this, it secured a stable sales and profit structure, officially launched its business as an environmental energy company, and successfully entered the market.
The company plans to lead the industrial water treatment market by completing a differentiated platform that provides total services from water treatment supply to processing through continuous acquisitions and expansions in the second half of the year.
