[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The delivery application Wemakeprice O has begun preparing a 'single delivery' service, where delivery riders deliver to only one household at a time.
On the 15th, Wemakeprice O announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with LK ICT, a specialized company developing location-based services, to build a system that matches food orders and delivery riders one-to-one.
Through this, they plan to complete the development of the single delivery service using delivery agencies and individual delivery riders within this year.
Food service merchants registered on Wemakeprice O can choose and operate the delivery method that suits their store situation among ▲ direct delivery ▲ bundled delivery using delivery agencies ▲ Wemakeprice O single delivery.
Wemakeprice O is strengthening its market position based on win-win cooperation with food service merchants, such as reasonable commissions and marketing support. Following the introduction of a loyalty management feature last month that allows merchants to conduct store-specific marketing without additional costs, they have started promoting the single delivery service to expand delivery options for food service merchants.
A Wemakeprice O official said, "We will accelerate the establishment of the single delivery service to enhance convenience and satisfaction for both customers and store owners," adding, "We will continue to introduce services that meet the diverse needs of customers and store owners."
