Hoban Construction Recruiting New Partners in Architecture, Electrical, and Civil Engineering

[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Hoban Construction announced on the 5th that it is recruiting new partner companies this year. Hoban Construction continuously strives to discover competitive partners and foster win-win cooperation with them.

The recruitment fields are △ Outsourcing division ? 46 trades including architecture, electrical/facilities, civil engineering △ Materials division ? 7 items in architecture and facilities.

Eligibility requirements are △ Holding a specialized construction license for more than 3 years (as of the recruitment announcement date, not applicable to material suppliers) △ At least 2 projects completed in the relevant trade in 2020 (targeting the top 50 construction companies) △ Companies capable of nationwide construction (including Jeju) △ Must have a certain level of credit rating from one of the credit rating agencies (eCredible, NICE D&B, NICE Information Service). (Credit rating criteria are △ eCredible credit rating ‘BB-’, cash flow rating ‘B’ or higher △ NICE D&B credit rating ‘BB-’, cash flow rating ‘B’ or higher △ NICE Information Service credit rating ‘BB’ or higher, cash flow rating ‘CF2’ or higher.)

A representative from Hoban Construction (Outsourcing Management Team) said, “This year, Hoban Construction plans to supply 30,000 housing units nationwide,” and added, “We hope many outsourcing and material companies that will cooperate and grow together apply.”

To apply, download the application form from the Hoban Construction website, fill it out, and submit it by mail along with the credit evaluation report. The application period is from February 5 to March 10. The review process will include a first screening and registration review, with the final results announced in early April.

Meanwhile, Hoban Group has been steadily working on mutual growth with partner companies. In January, Hoban Construction awarded a total of 7 billion KRW in prizes to 80 outstanding partner companies. Additionally, last year, it provided 2 billion KRW in emergency management stabilization funds for COVID-19, scholarships for children of partner company employees, and organized overseas inspection tours for outstanding partners.
