DL E&C announced on the 26th that it will sell e-Pyeonhansesang Gapyeong First One, located in Daegok-ri, Gapyeong-eup, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do. The special supply will begin on the 29th, followed by first priority applications on the 1st of next month and second priority on the 2nd. This complex consists of 4 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, with a total of 472 households sized between 59 and 84㎡ (exclusive area).
The complex boasts a pleasant residential environment and excellent transportation network. It is built in the residential center of Gapyeong-eup, allowing residents to enjoy convenient living infrastructure. Within a 1 km radius, there are facilities such as Hanaro Mart, Gapyeong County Office, government offices, banks, and medical facilities, making them easily accessible. Additionally, nearby Kalbongsan Mountain and within 500 meters on foot are Hanseokbong Gymnasium, the comprehensive stadium, and the cultural and arts center, which can be used like on-site facilities. A real estate industry official said, “In the case of retirement demand, there is a strong tendency to prefer a pleasant residential environment while not moving too far from where their children live in Seoul, so many move to the outskirts of the metropolitan area. Even in the outskirts, if the transportation network is excellent, it is convenient to use medical facilities and various infrastructures, so it is worth considering new complexes being sold in these areas.”
