Hanjin Launches One-Click 'Scale-Up Service' to Support Customers' E-Commerce Business Hanjin, One-Click 'Scale-Up Service'

[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Hanjin recently announced on the 25th that it has launched a one-click "Scale Up Service" to help the e-commerce business growth of customers subscribed to the "One-Click Courier Service."

The "Scale Up Service" automatically analyzes usage patterns through a simple survey participation by customers using the One-Click Courier Service and recommends and connects services necessary for e-commerce.

Launched in October 2019 as part of Creating Shared Value (CSV) activities, the One-Click Courier Service allows small business owners and individual sellers to use courier services at reasonable prices with simple functions. Currently, the number of subscribed customers has surpassed 20,000 companies.

To provide continuous support, Hanjin signed business agreements last November with 14 partner companies specializing in quick/same-day delivery, fulfillment, overseas sales support, shopping mall advancement, integrated shopping mall management, and purchasing agency for auxiliary materials.

Along with the launch of the One-Click "Scale Service," the One-Click Courier Service homepage was renewed to enable mobile app compatibility, simplify cash receipt and tax invoice issuance, and allow detailed statistics and status management.

To commemorate the launch, an open event is being held from today until the 23rd of next month for customers who participate in the survey on the service page.

Through a draw, one person will receive an Apple Watch 6, ten people will receive "Naejiwaksokgwail" gift cards, and 100 people will receive mobile gift certificates for a set of four Baskin-Robbins Block Pack ice creams.

Hanjin stated, "We plan to strengthen CSV activities as a comprehensive platform that can solve all back-office needs for e-commerce at once by expanding the scope of partnerships, further enhancing logistics support for overseas sales, and developing solution functions for easy data linkage with partners."
