On the 18th, Nuritelecom announced the establishment of a Sales Headquarters to promote the home smart power platform (Apartment AMI) business and the Smart Green Industrial Complex business. This is closely related to the government's active policy to foster the Green New Deal industry.
Han-Soo Kim, Vice President with experience in sales and technical fields, was appointed as the head of the Sales Headquarters. Within the Sales Headquarters, sales organizations as well as administrative support and technical support organizations were directly assigned. The plan is to focus capabilities on the Green New Deal business through swift decision-making.
The Technology Research Institute was subdivided into the 1st Research Institute, which develops applied technologies that can be immediately applied to business, and the 2nd Research Institute, which develops foundational technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data processing technology, and blockchain technology. This is a measure to apply advanced technologies to the Green New Deal business.
Nuritelecom also established a Strategic Planning Office. The Strategic Planning Office is a department that plans and designs future growth engines. Executive Director Jung-Hoon Han, who has led the research institute, the cradle of technology development, was appointed to this position.
A Nuritelecom official said, "Including the US Joe Biden administration, the whole world is promoting green energy businesses to achieve carbon-neutral countries," and added, "To actively respond to the Green New Deal projects implemented by the government, we announced a company-wide organizational restructuring and significant executive promotions."
