SSG.com Also Launches Dawn Delivery Service

11st announced on the 11th that following the strengthening of same-day delivery grocery shopping services last April by joining SSG.com’s Emart Mall’s 'Today’s Grocery Shopping' service, it will provide linked SSG.com dawn delivery services.
SSG.com’s dawn delivery completes delivery by 6 a.m. the next day if ordered by midnight on the same day. It is available throughout Seoul and most metropolitan areas within the Neo delivery zone of SSG.com’s online-exclusive logistics center located in Gimpo.
The SSG.com Neo Center handles about 25,000 products, including approximately 3,000 fresh food items. When selecting ‘Dawn Delivery’ in 11st’s ‘Today’s Grocery Shopping,’ customers can receive a variety of products delivered to their doorstep, including fresh food, organic ingredients, side dishes, as well as childcare items like diapers and baby formula, and pet food.
11st has focused on development and service quality improvement since last year to link services with SSG.com. Regarding the popular factor of SSG.com dawn delivery, the semi-permanent insulated bag ‘Albi Bag,’ which does not use disposable items, 11st has implemented a smooth linkage service to allow users to use it without inconvenience, including deposit refunds and order cancellation, exchange, and refund policies.
Starting with the opening of SSG.com dawn delivery in this year’s grocery shopping service, 11st is preparing to introduce GS Fresh Mall’s dawn delivery. The transaction amount in the fourth quarter of last year grew 102% compared to the first quarter of last year.
Lee Jin-woo, head of sales planning at 11st, said, “By providing the competitive SSG.com dawn delivery service through 11st, 11st customers can shop for groceries more conveniently,” and added, “Including SSG.com dawn delivery, we plan to launch post office courier and 24-hour closing delivery services this year, making it a year to further strengthen 11st’s delivery competitiveness through partnerships and collaborations.”
