[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters (Jeju) Reporter Park Chang-won] Jeju Fire Station (Chief Kim Young-ho) conducted a field verification test training on the utilization of firefighting equipment at the Dream Tower in Nohyeong-dong, the tallest complex resort in Jeju Island, on the 30th.
According to Jeju Fire Station on the 1st, this training was conducted to analyze the fire response capabilities related to the quasi-high-rise building Dream Tower, and five firefighting vehicles, including a 70m articulating ladder truck and a high-performance pump truck (CAFS), were mobilized.
The detailed training items included ▲fire suppression test using the 70m articulating ladder truck ▲inspection of fire suppression utilization using connected water supply pipes, etc.
Kim Young-ho, Chief of Jeju Fire Station, stated, “Jeju Dream Tower is the largest building in the province and will be a facility used by many residents and tourists in the future,” adding, “We are paying special attention to safety management for the safety of users.”
