This workshop is a follow-up management project of the Saeil Center that takes responsibility until after employment, and conducted education titled ‘The Path to Becoming a Female Leader’ to strengthen the competency of women middle managers.
The education content covered two areas: ▲ Labor Standards Act and personnel management ▲ Job stress management and organizational conflict.
On that day, labor attorney Cha Nam-seok explained the Labor Standards Act including how to write contracts, and provided labor-related information that is practically helpful for personnel management work.
Also, stress management specialist Choi Yoo-jin lectured on managing stress received in workplace life and effective networking techniques within the organization.
A county official said, “We will continue to prepare various programs to enhance the employment capabilities of women with career interruptions and do our best to support them to settle well in the workplace even after employment.”
