[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Bando Construction announced on the 25th that it will open the model house for ‘Yangpyeong Damun District Bando Yubora Ivy Park’ in Damun-ri, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province on the 27th and begin full-scale sales.

This complex will be built in Joint Block 1 of Damun-ri, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 9 buildings with 2 basement floors and up to 23 floors above ground, totaling 740 households. All units are small to medium-sized with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡, which are highly preferred by actual residents. It is the only apartment complex in Damun District, the first clean planned city with a station area in Yangpyeong, located in the Yongmun Station area on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and offers abundant living infrastructure such as Hanaro Mart, Yongmun Millennium Market, Damun Elementary School, Yongmun Middle and High Schools, and a library.

For the first time in Yangpyeong, a separate building called the U-Life Center will be established within the complex, providing residents with exclusive healthcare checkup programs, cultural lectures, and educational programs for children. The layout mainly consists of 4-bay slab-type units with excellent lighting and ventilation, applying the latest trends such as fine dust reduction and advanced AI-based Internet of Things (IoT) systems to enhance resident convenience.

The sale price is expected to be set at an average of just over 10 million KRW per 3.3㎡, offering a fixed first deposit of 10 million KRW and interest-free loans for 60% of the intermediate payment. As a non-regulated complex, resale is possible six months after the announcement of the winners.

Kim Jiho, head of sales at Bando Construction, said, “As the first Bando Yubora brand introduced in the Yangpyeong area, we plan to present a differentiated complex by providing healthcare, cultural lectures, and educational program services for the first time in the region. Being the only apartment in the clean planned city of Damun District with a prime location near Yongmun Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, it has high future value and offers a pleasant and safe rural lifestyle.”

The subscription schedule will begin with special supply on December 7, followed by first priority on the 8th and second priority on the 9th. Move-in is scheduled for July 2023.

The model house is located at 376-9 Yanggeun-ri, Yangpyeong-eup, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province (opposite Exit 1 of Yangpyeong Station), and entry is allowed only for those who have made prior visit reservations to prevent COVID-19.
