Additionally, the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 27,272.3, down 300.14 points (1.09%) from the previous day.
In European markets, Italy's FTSE MIB fell 301.18 points (1.49%) to 19,930.2, with Germany's DAX 30, the UK's FTSE 100, France's CAC 40, and Russia's RTS all showing downward trends.
In Asian markets, the Hang Seng, Taiwan Weighted Index, Hong Kong H, Hang Seng China Enterprises (R), and Malaysia KLCI are currently showing upward trends, while Indonesia's IDX Composite, Nikkei 225, Shanghai A, Shanghai Composite, and Shanghai B markets are trending downward.
As of today, the domestic gold price per gram is set at 69,389 won for buying and 62,780 won for selling, up 274 won and 247 won respectively from the previous day.
