Pine Digital Decides to Transfer Tangible Assets Worth 10.8 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Pine Digital announced on the 30th that it will transfer land and buildings located at 43 Hyoryeong-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul to J& S. The transfer amount is 10.8 billion KRW, accounting for 10.14% of the total assets.

The company stated, "We will secure cash liquidity by improving financial structure through partial sale of assets."
